Due to the current government announcement, as of 11:59pm Tuesday 9 November 2021, our clinic is moving to Alert Level 3 – Step 2.
This means:
- Our clinic doors are now open
- Masks must be worn at all times
- 2-meter social distance must be maintained
- Contract tracing is required, please check-in to our clinic when you arrive
- Only ONE client per pet may enter the clinic
- Payment for your consultation (or food/medication pick up) must be contactless
- Your pet and any medication/food will be returned to the agreed location

We will continue to enforce strict infection control measures for all team members and clients to ensure the safety of everyone.
