Patient and client care

We strive to provide the best quality professional care for your pets while maintaining our personal touch. We will provide the options and solutions that are in the best interests of both you and your pet. Appointments

Appointments are required. In an emergency we will see you immediately, if possible, phoning ahead to warn us of the situation will assist us in preparation, ensuring maximum efficiency in treating your emergency.

Payment

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, EFTPOS, cash and Paywave.

Patient Arrival

For your safety & protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash. If you have concerns about controlling or carrying your dog please leave them in the car and we will provide one of our nurses to assist you.

All cats must be in an appropriate cat carrier which we have available for loan.

Non smoking

For health & safety reasons we kindly ask you to refrain from smoking in any part of the clinic.

No tail docking of dogs

For welfare and humane reasons we only perform surgery on dog’s tails when there is a specific medical reason that indicates such surgery is appropriate.
